Returns & Exchanges

Each original painting by Marleah Aragon is a one-of-a-kind work of art, created with care and attention to detail.

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or personal preferences.

Please review artwork descriptions, dimensions, and photographs carefully before purchasing. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Artwork

Every original painting is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@marleaharagon.com as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the artwork showing the damage or issue

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging materials

Please retain all original packaging until the issue has been resolved, as it may be needed for a shipping insurance claim.

If the artwork can be professionally repaired, we will discuss the available options with you.

If the artwork is damaged beyond repair or cannot reasonably be restored to your satisfaction, a full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be issued.

If a return is necessary, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Marleah Aragon. Please do not return artwork without contacting us first.

Refunds for shipping damage are not dependent on the outcome of any shipping insurance claim.

Fine-Art Prints

Returns & Exchanges

Fine-art prints are produced on demand specifically for each order.

Because each print is made to order, all print sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selections, or personal preferences.

Please review artwork descriptions, print dimensions, and product photographs carefully before placing your order.

Slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Prints

If your fine-art print arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact support@marleaharagon.com as soon as possible, preferably within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the print showing the damage or defect

• Photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping

Once the issue has been reviewed, a replacement print will be arranged at no additional cost.

If a replacement is unavailable, impractical, or does not adequately resolve the issue, an appropriate refund will be issued.

In most cases, damaged or defective prints will not need to be returned. If a return is necessary, instructions and prepaid return shipping will be provided.

Cancellations

Original Paintings

Orders for original paintings may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the artwork has not yet shipped.

Please contact support@marleaharagon.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Fine-Art Prints

Because fine-art prints are produced on demand, orders are submitted for production shortly after purchase.

If you need to cancel or modify a print order, please contact us immediately.

Cancellations and modifications are only possible before production begins and cannot be guaranteed.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled for a change of mind, subject to applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once processed, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
